Implementation context
The insurer found that the issuance of policies was done manually with repetitive steps. This process involved the official making records and filling out information, extracting them from a document. When the emission of this one finished, the information of the system was copied, to store it again in a document.
About automation context
We automate the process of issuing policies, in which the only official must attach the document containing the requested information. Once it is loaded, the robot will take care of completing the form with it. When the robot finishes, it will store each record and issue the policies to a file that will be available on a Dashboard in a defined format.
