Accelerated transformation of VIS for insurance management

VIS is one of the leading providers in the insurance industry in Iceland issuing insurance policies to cover risk situations.

The insurer’s business need was to centralize document management, eliminate gaps in knowledge transfer, increase the efficiency of commercial teams with centralized information, decrease manual operation and irregular communication.

Taking into account the needs, Bonita allowed the integration of the different sources of information making the creation of applications faster. Teams can now manage customer requests and streamline processes with more than 15 automated processes that helped manage 819 cases in their first few weeks of operation.

Thanks to the implementation of Bonita, the customer portal monitors the user lifecycle by improving the exchange of knowledge between the actors in the process.
