Our client, Bolsa Mercantil de Colombia, required to carry out the functional definition and survey of processes for the improvement and efficiency of the key processes of the organization through the management of BPM business processes
Context implementation
We carry out the process analysis for the generation of the documentation required for the definition and implementation of strategic processes. We accompanied BMC in gathering information through sessions with key stakeholders in the process so that they could establish improvements in the operation of activities.
